A Platinum Broker in Crexi must be in the top 1% of all brokers using the platform. Phil Ginexi among other winners, were recognized for their exceptionally high engagement rates, high overall property search score, use and expertise using Crexi’s marketing portal, and deals closed on Crexi. The Platinum Broker awards also take into account a healthy number of leads / listing, total listings, and total value of the properties. Brokers are recognized based on three focuses – sale, lease and auction. Winners from the sale and lease categories span across the following sectors: hospitality, industrial, land, multifamily, office, retail, restaurant, and special purpose, while the auction category spotlights top performers overall.
